Color Tools

Color conversion, contrast checker.

Convert between hex, RGB, HSL, and other color formats, or check contrast for accessibility (e.g. WCAG AA/AAA). Useful for design and front-end work.

These tools are for designers and developers who work with colour: converting between formats or checking contrast for accessibility (WCAG-oriented relative luminance ratios).

Common tasks include matching a brand colour across tools, converting a hex value to RGB or HSL for CSS, and testing text/background pairs for readable contrast. Preview and ratios update as you change values.

Use the contrast checker when you need to estimate AA or AAA-style contrast for body text or large text. A passing ratio is necessary but not sufficient for a fully accessible UI—spacing, focus states, and non-colour cues still matter.

Document the exact hex pairs you ship so design and engineering stay aligned when themes or dark modes change.
