Privacy

How we use cookies, show ads, and handle data. No legal overreach—just the essentials.

What we run on the site

We use a small set of third-party services: analytics (to see how the site is used) and advertising (to keep the site free). Both can use cookies or similar tech. We don’t sell your personal data.

Cookies

Cookies are small bits of data stored by your browser. We use them only in connection with analytics and ads (see below). You can disable or clear cookies in your browser; some features may not work as intended if you do.

Ads (Google AdSense)

We show ads via Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to show relevant ads, measure performance, and detect fraud. Google has its own privacy policy and controls; you can learn more and manage ad personalisation at Google’s advertising page.

Analytics

We use analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand traffic and usage—which pages are visited, how people find us, and similar stats. This helps us improve the site. Data is aggregated and we don’t use it to identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google’s opt-out tool.

Tool usage and your inputs

Where possible, our tools run entirely in your browser. In those cases we don’t receive or store what you type or calculate. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you submit so we can respond.

Affiliate links

Some links on the site are affiliate links (see our Affiliates page). Clicks and purchases may be tracked by the advertiser; we don’t control their data practices.

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated wording.
